In my quest for more family time, the unsettled skies worked to my advantage today. Day by day it gets harder and harder to get the 5 of us together in the same place at the same time. But today just so happened to be $5 Tuesday at the movies and it also happened to be a very, very long time since we have been to the movies. And although it may have been hard for me to keep my eyes open for all of Peter Rabbit 2(I saw 98% of it), there is no place else I would have wanted to be-especially as we seek to find normal in all that was missing for so long. And as I seek to find more normal, I will continue my quest for family time, but will look for quality over quantity. We may have only all been together for 2 hours today-but we were together.
