Ephesians 3:20-21 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we can imagine according to his power that is at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.
It’s so easy to think of the things I’m grateful for. From heat and hot water to family and friends, I’m thankful and I know that I am incredibly blessed. But sometimes things go a little haywire and my brain spirals really fast. Gratitude isn’t just a mindset, it’s a daily practice, a habit, a muscle that needs to be used regularly so when those things do go sideways we can cling to gratitude and not forget all of the other things that are good. I’m going to take this month of February-this love month if you will-and work on my attitude of gratitude, flexing my thankful muscles by practicing it here. Maybe you find yourself in a similar place. Will you come along and join me? Leave me a comment of what you are grateful for today. Be well my faithful readers.
Today I am grateful that my boys are home and sleeping in their beds after a weekend away at a retreat.
