Happy Friday everyone. After a lot of congestion, I awoke from my NyQuil induced dreamland to a very congested morning. Hubby was on shift yesterday so I still needed to do all the things but I wasn’t too bad off besides the congestion. Today, I wasn’t 100% clogged up and decided that this would be a sick day of sorts. I don’t feel terrible besides the congestion so I walked the two dogs I needed to walk today and other than that, I actually got a little excited about a “sick day.” Maybe it was because I didn’t feel downright awful, but whatever the case may be, I welcomed a morning and afternoon on the couch under a blanket. I watched all of The Chosen season 1 and took breaks to cook a little in order to fill my body up with healthy food to fight this bug. More about that tomorrow though, for now, it’s time for an early bedtime.
