How could anyone have just one summer anthem? Don’t answer that please. I love Still by Crowder and Zach Williams, and then I put K-Love on this morning and this one came on and I thought to myself how deeply this one has been hitting me lately. We had kind of a heavy summer. We needed some work done on my car, our dog got sick and we ended up at the animal hospital 3 times(cha-ching), work schedules, and growing teen boys as we prepared for a new school year. When I heard this song amidst all of that, I couldn’t make it through the whole thing without tears stinging my eyes, but in the best way possible, because it is such a good reminder that, “Our Lord Will provide.” And He did. Over and over again. He showed us his kindness, goodness, and provision. I learned a good lesson through it all. We may not have an abundance, but we have exactly what we need and only the good Lord could provide that. I hope you’ll listen to my summer anthem and come back again soon because there might be a on my mind…
