Happy November. As we flip the calendar on this November 1st, 2024 and finish out the year, I’m going to take this month to focus on thankfulness and gratitude. I’ve heard that if you actually count your blessings daily, like grab a pen and paper and write down at least 3 things that you are thankful for, it helps in many ways, mentally and emotionally. And while I’m struggling seasonally right now, I can’t think of a better time to count my many blessings. I hope you will join me and at the end of the month perhaps we can reflect back and see the impacts that being a more thankful person has made on ourselves and those around us.
1-My home that I spent today organizing.
2- My family that I get to take care of.
3-My health that I have a healthy body to go on runs, walks, bike rides, and more.
